To be able to log onto TrackEye server, we will first need to setup a user account for you. If you have not been sent this information, please submit a ticket. If you report to a manager or director, we will request permission from them before proceeding.
You may also need a link to download the software, please do log a ticket for this ahead of time.
Once you have this information, you may proceed.
1. As you can see below, it will ask for "Type". This is where you chose whether is local or server connection. The difference between the two is that the local option requires you to have a download kit as well as the Hard Drive or SD card from the DVR / Dashcam.
Server option is the main point for this KB article.
Server IP should have been sent to you once the vehicle or user setup request was sent through to us. You may go ahead and put the IP into this field.
If you need a link to the software, please either log a ticket with this system or drop an email to support@exeros-tech.com
2. What is recommended next, is for you to click on "advanced"
This will allow you to add the server and name it. You can name it to whatever makes it easier for you to keep track. Some clients may have fleets on multiple servers so this feature is quite useful. Please see below:
On this page, you can "add". This will allow you to add a server IP and set a name for it. Please see below:
You can now enter your IP and set a name for the connection
You can now press "OK" on this screen and "OK" on the button next to "edit" and it will save this for you. It should now look like this at the login screen:
You can then enter your username and password. Once that is done, you can press "save password". You can then press "OK" and it will log you in.
If you are still having any trouble with this, please go ahead and log a ticket. We will assist you as soon as possible.
Kind Regards,
Exeros Support
