Q: A fleet isn't appearing in Fleet Access options.
A: The company hasn't been granted authority over that fleet. Assign the fleet to the company first (Company Settings → Fleets).
Q: A user says they can't see a vehicle.
A: Check (a) the vehicle is assigned to a fleet, and (b) that fleet is included in the user's Fleet Access group.
Q: Permission changes don't seem to have taken effect.
A: Wait ~15 minutes and ask the user to log out and back in.
Q: A user's activation link has expired.
A: Go to their user record → three-dot menu → Reset Password.
Q: A customer wants to restrict driver-facing footage from some users.
A: Create a role with the relevant Event Types deselected (interior/DMS events). This is the main GDPR-sensitive configuration.
Q: Can a vehicle belong to two fleets?
A: No. One fleet at a time. To move a vehicle, edit the destination fleet and add the vehicle — it will automatically be removed from its previous fleet.
