To be able to log into TrackEye software when using a download kit, it is very simple.
All you need to do is make sure that "local" is set and that the username is set to "admin". Password is blank.
You can also tick "Save password" and it will remember the option you set.

That should then allow you into the software to be able to view or download footage as needed.
