Notifications

To sign up to or edit event notification emails

Use Notifications to sign up to receive an email every time an event occurs. Users can sign up for individual notifications to their account and admin users can add other users to notifications (so that they also receive the notification emails).

Users can sign up to receive notifications for all* events in that category as soon as they occur, or sign up to just receive events that have been escalated within VideMatics.

Signing up to Event Notifications

1. Sign into VideMatics.

2. Navigate to the Settings Page.

3. Open the Notifications tab (not all users will have access to notifications).

4. Find the event you wish to receive a notification for (some fleets may have lots of event types).

5. Click Edit

6. Select the users who should receive the notification emails.

7. Click Save

8. Repeat the process for all event types.
   
   

To remove a user from notifications, follow the same process but deselect the user and press save.

*Users will receive emails for all events individually so we urge caution when selecting some event types. Some events happen very frequently.
